Distribution: PA to GA to NM to IA. Kentucky specimens are mostly from the eastern third of the state (Map 159).

Comments: Kentucky specimens of this diurnal species are scattered throughout the eastern two thirds of the state. One of the few cerambycine genera to visit flowers, where series of specimens are often collected.
