Subgenital plate ( Figs 7, 11 View FIGURES 7 – 11 ) elongate, with two rows of macrosetae. Apical process of style with equally produced mesal and lateral angles ( Figs 8–10 View FIGURES 7 – 11 ). Aedeagus ( Figs 8, 9 View FIGURES 7 – 11 ) with stout bilobed dorsal apodeme, shaft with paired lateral acerose processes, unpaired curved ventral process slender, shorter than shaft; shaft curved, broadened near apex and tapered to apex, gonopore apical. Other male genitalia characteristics as in Figs 7–11 View FIGURES 7 – 11 .

Etymology. The species name is derived from the type locality.

Remarks. Outwardly this species resembles Riseveinus asymmetricus Zhang, Zhang & Wei , but it can be distinguished from the latter by the dorsal apodeme of aedeagus bearing a pair of acerose processes and ventral processes shorter than aedeagal shaft ( Figs 8–9 View FIGURES 7 – 11 ).
