As described for Robustagramma biangulatum except as follows.
Body length 1.2–1.5 mm, moderately pollinose without pigmentation. Face, gena, antenna and lower frons reddish yellow to brownish. Anterior orbital bristle ca. 2/3 as long as posterior. Ocellar bristle slightly larger than posterior orbital bristle. Postvertical bristle small, ca. 2/3 as long as inner occipital bristle. Eye height over 2.5 times genal height. Palpus with 3 or 4 ventral setulae besides two preapical bristles. Acrostichal setulae in 4– 6 rows between anterior dorsocentral bristles. Mid femur of male with only 7 proximal bristles in two rows on ventral surface.
Male terminalia: Sternite 5 with many small, scalelike, lanceolate bristles on anteromedial area, without short, stout bristles on posterior half. Apex of surstylus truncate in lat eral view; surstylus similar in length to cercus. Dorsal whiplike sclerite of distiphallus with a small nodule.
Female terminalia: Spermathecae relatively short and thick, paired spermathecae with distal portion conspicuously thicker than basal portion, and ducts ca. 1.8 times length of spermatheca.
