Identification. Schismatoglottis clemensiorum resembles S. acuminatissima Schott (Sumatera) in leaf and habit, but differs in the large stigma and small, con- densed sterile interstice ( Hay and Yuzammi 2000).
Distribution and ecology. Northwestern, southwestern, and northeastern Sabah. Terrestrial in forest on slopes, ridges, and on stream banks, occasionally on rocks but not rheophytic, 1200-1600 m elev.
