4. Selatosomus centralis ( Candèze, 1881)

Type locality: “Moupin [Muping/ ǾNj]”.

Remarks: Muping is the county seat of Baoxing County [ÍḦ] in Ya’an City [ƉȐ], Sichuan. This species was also recorded from various localities in China, as well as Mongolia, Russia and Kazakhstan ( Schimmel et al. 2015; Tarnawski 1995; Kishii & Jiang 1999). These records are too far from the type locality, and considering the strong resemblance of this species with other Palearctic species, the identification of specimens from these localities need future confirmation. These records are currently excluded in this study.

Distribution: Sichuan.
