( Figs 73 View FIGURE 73 , 89 View FIGURE 89 )

Diagnosis. This species is characterized by the presence of the frons with two pairs of black spots on lateral sides and a dark spot at middle, the mesonotum with small brown markings near posterior margin of prescutum and the anterolateral angle of scutum, the brown suture between mesoprescutum and mesonotum, the forewing with brown shadings on the 4th posterior margin crossveins, CuP and inner gradate series, the broad median arch of male gonarcus and entoprocessus, and the trifurcated arcessus elongated at middle and shortened at the lateral side.

Description. Male. Body length 7.4–7.8 mm, forewing length 10.4–10.8 mm, hindwing length 9.1–9.5 mm.

Head yellow, vertex raised. Compound eyes prominent and black. Frons with two pairs of black spots on lateral sides and a dark spot at middle. Antennae yellow, without stripes on outer side, scape wider than pedicel and flagellum. Clypeal margin with brown stripes. Gena marked black spots. Maxillary and labial palpi with brown stripes on outer side.

Pronotum anterior margin slightly shorter than posterior margin, not marked; mesonotum with small brown markings near posterior margin of prescutum and anterolateral angle of scutum, suture between mesoprescutum and mesonotum brown; metanotum without markings.

Legs with dense setae, without spots. Pretarsal claws brown, with basal dilation.

Forewing with brown shadings on apical radial crossveins, CuP, 4th posterior margin crossveins and inner gradate series. Pterostigma indistinct. Costal area with 17–18 crossveins; 8–10 radial crossveins present. m1 smaller than m2; im ovoid; 7 psm-psc crossveins present. c1 smaller than c2, dcc opened. A1 forked, A2 and A3 simple. Inner gradate series with brown shadings, especially distal crossveins; outer gradate series with 6–7 crossveins.

Hindwing without shadings. Costal area with 15–16 crossveins; 8 radial crossveins and 6 psm-psc crossveins present. Inner gradate series with 5 crossveins, outer gradate series with 6 crossveins.

Abdomen with dense setae. Tergum VII and sternum VII subquadrate in lateral view; tergum VIII shorter than tergum VII; sternum VIII fused with sternum IX; tergum IX fused with ectoproct. Callus cerci ovoid. Gonarcus arcuate, median arch extremely broad, lateral arms narrow at base and wide at tip; entoprocessus broad; arcessus trifurcated, elongated at middle and shortened at lateral side.

Type material. Holotype ♂, China, Yunnan, Gongshan, Dulong, Qinlandang , light, 1230 m, 2018.V.03, Yunlong Ma ( CAU) . Paratypes: 1♂, same as holotype ( CAU) ; 1♂, China, Yunnan, Yuxi, Huaning, Qinglong , Hulukou Electrical Station , 960 m, 2018.V.14, Yunlong Ma ( CAU) .

Etymology. The specific epithet ‘ triloba ’ refers to the trifurcated male arcessus of the new species.

Distribution. China (Yunnan).

Remarks. This species is similar to Se. pulchella from Japan. However, Se. pulchella has completely brown mesoprescutum and mesoscutum, the forewing with brown shadings only on 4th posterior margin crossveins, and the wide short male arcessus. This new species has small brown markings only near posterior margin of mesoprescutum and on the anterolateral angle of the mesonotum, the brown suture between mesoprescutum and mesonotum. It also has the forewing with brown shadings on the apical radial crossvein, CuP, 4th posterior margin crossveins and inner gradate series, and the narrower and longer male arcessus.

Genus Signochrysa Brooks & Barnard, 1990

Signochrysa Brooks & Barnard, 1990: 162 View in CoL . Type species: Leucochrysa mira Navás, 1913: 110 View in CoL . Original designation.

Diagnosis. Body medium in size. Body length 9.0–12.0 mm, forewing length 10.0–13.0 mm, hindwing length 8.9–11.0 mm. This genus is characterized by the presence of the head with black spots between antennae and on the gena, the scape with reddish stripe on the outer side, the frons without spots, the black maxillary palpi, the pale yellow labial palpi, the pointed terminal palpomere, the pronotum with small spots on the anterolateral angle or lateral side, the mesoscutum and mesopleura usually with black spots, the metanotum without markings, the legs occasionally marked with black spots on tibia, the pretarsal claws with basal dilation, the narrow forewing with many brown shadings, the brown pterostigma of forewing, the narrow cell im, the gradates in two divergent rows, the basal crossvein of inner gradate series not meeting Psm, the closed cell dcc, the male sternum VIII fused with sternum IX, the sternum IX elongated and exceeded the apex of ectoproct, the ectoproct with two clusters of setae, the arcuate gonarcus, the small entoprocessus, the arcessus closely associated with gonarcus and with forked processus below the apex, the apically bilobed female subgenitale, the short or medium length female vela, the moderately deep or absent ventral impression, and the long coiled duct.

Distribution. Oriental and Australian regions.
