Description. Holotype: ♀. Length, 10 mm ( Figs 2 View FIGURE 2 e, 5a). Black, labrum yellowish white, palpi, apical half of 2nd antennomere, base of 3rd antennomere, posterior margin of pronotum (greatest width 1.0 × length of lateral ocellus), tegula, apex of mesoscutellum, posterior ridge of mesoparapsides and of metaparapsides, entire 2nd abdominal tergite, most of 3rd tergite, 2 spots on 4th tergite, 2nd to 4th sternites, and most of 5th sternites yellowish brown, middle of 10th tergites, cerci and posterior margin of sheath pale brown; legs yellowish brown, most of fore coxa, basal half of middle and of hind coxae, and apical half of hind femur black, irregular macula on apical of hind tibia dark brown; body hairs silver; wings hyaline, pterostigma pale brown.
Head densely and coarsely punctured without interspaces, labrum sparsely punctured; prescutum, parts of scutum, and anterior slope of mesoscutellum densely punctured, interspaces narrow, lateral parts of mesoscutellum punctured with shiny interspaces; posterior slope densely and coarsely punctured, without interspaces; posttergite and metapostnotum shiny with margins microsculptured; parapsides with large and sparse punctures and dense microsculpture; metascutellum with anterior slope shiny and posterior slop densely punctured; middle and upper of mesepisternum densely and coarsely punctured, venter with large and shiny interspaces between small and sparse punctures; anepimeron coarsely punctured, katepimeron microsculptured, posterior margin shiny; metepisternum with upper densely punctured, mat, and venter sparsely punctured, shiny; basin and posterior corner of metepimeron shiny, dorsum with large punctures. First abdominal tergite hardly microsculptured, shiny; punctures on lateral edges shallow; other tergites obviously microsculptured, parts of lateral edges of 3rd tergite, lateral edges and posterior margin of 4th tergite and 5th to 8th tergites mostly punctured.
Hairs on dorsum of head straight, as long as diameter of lateral ocelli. Clypeus flat, anterior margin truncate; malar space as long as transverse diameter of median ocellus; shortest distance between eyes below antennal sockets in front view1.1 × eye height; middle fovea broad and shallow; interocellar furrow deep, postocellar furrow broad and shallow; postocellar area 1.2 × as broad as long, weakly elevated with an obtuse carina; lateral furrows shallow, straight, parallel posteriorly; head behind eyes 0.9 × length of eye in dorsal view; curved laterally and then convergent posteriorly; genal carina sharp, complete ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 d). Antenna as long as head, thorax and 1st abdominal tergite together, hardly shorter than vein C, 2nd antennomere 1.3 × as long as broad, relative length of 3rd to 4th antennomeres as 1.6, 5th to 8th antennomeres weakly compressed, enlarged, inner and outer sides of 6th to 8th antennomeres with weak furrows, 7th antennomere about 2 × as long as broad. Middle furrow of prescutum narrow but shallow; mesoscutellum obviously elevated, slightly higher than scutum. Metabasitarsus 5.5 × as long as broad, about 1.2 × length of following 3 tarsomeres combined, hind inner tibial spur 0.4 × length of metabasitarsus. Ovipositor sheath 1.1 × middle tibia, venter margin curved, exposed part of apical sheath about 2 × as long as broad; apical sheath narrow in dorsal view, exposed part 4.5 × length of cerci, lateral setae on both sides of sheath forming an angle about 40 degree. Lancet broadened before apex, with 14 serrulae ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 g), middle serrulae each with 10–12 distal fine teeth ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 t).
Male. Length, 9 mm ( Figs 2 View FIGURE 2 f, 5b). Similar to female in structure and color, but entire 2nd and 3rd abdominal tergites, most of 4th tergite, and entire 2nd to 5th sternites yellowish brown; legs yellowish brown, most of each coxa, apical 0.5 to 0.6 of hind femur, apical 0.25 of hind tibia black, base of fore 1st trochanter and base of fore femur dark brown; malar space 0.8 × transverse diameter of median ocellus ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 f); head in front view with lower interocular distance 0.9 × eye height; head behind eyes 0.6 × eyes in length in dorsal view, curved in middle and narrowing posteriorly ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 e); genitalia as in Figs 10 View FIGURE 10 q, 10r.
Variation. The pale spot on the dorsal side of base of flagellum, the pale spot on tergite 4 in female and the black macula on hind femur in male slightly vary in size.
Etymology: This species is named after the lateral furrows of postocellar area which are parallel to each other.

Distribution. China (Hunan, Guizhou).
Remarks. The new species is similar to S. listoni Niu & Wei, 2012 but differs from it in the forewing hyaline and pterostigma pale brown; the antenna long and slender, with the subapical antennomeres very weakly enlarged, the 6th antennomere more than 2 × as long as broad; the breadth of apical sheath in lateral view distinctly narrower than breadth of metabasitarsus, apical sheath 2 × as long as basal sheath; the middle serrulae each with 10–12 distal teeth; the dorsal side of mesoscutellum roundly elevated with the posterior margin round; the posttergite and metapostnotum largely polished, posttergite without a middle carina.
