Sodaliatoma kaboureki sp. nov. ( Figs. 1-2 View Figs )
Type material. Holotype (♀)¡ “ ECUADOR, prov. NAPO, Papallacta env., Rio Chalpi grande, 2700 m, 15- 17.XI.2000, lgt. Kabourek ”, ( JHAC).
Description of Holotype. Body parallel, TL 3.2 EW 1.6 (in mm). Dorsal integument with head and pronotum black and elytra dark brown on humeri to brown on apex with two reddish integumental, transverse fasciae. Ventral integument with thorax black, abdomen brown, antennae brown and black, legs brown. Head with median ocellus. Coarsely punctured. Setation of head light brown with intermixed white-grey setae. Labial and maxilary palpi brown. Eyes large with brown microsetation. Antennal segments I-VII brown, VIII-XI black, consisting of 11 antennomeres, covered with brown setae; antennal club formed by three antennomeres ( Fig. 2 View Figs ). Pronotum black, discally finely punctate, near anterior angles and posteriorly coarsely punctate, lateral parts not dentate, near scutellum with small depressions. Covered by white-grey setation with intermixed light brown setae discally. Antennal cavity completely closed. Scutellum oval, small, visible but minute, without setation. Elytra dark brown on humeri to brown on apex with two reddish integumental, transverse fasciae covered by white-grey setation; with punctures on disc subequal in size to those on pronotum. Setation of elytra consisting of white-grey and light brown hairs. White-grey pubescence forming two transverse fasciae on each elytron ( Fig. 1 View Figs ). Epipleuron unicolorously dark brown, with white-grey setae. Prosternum coarsely punctate, prosternal process moderately long and broad, with median carina. Mesosternal disc with punctures on disc subequal in size to those on pronotum and prosternum, metasternum without discal striae. Abdominal ventrites dark brown, covered by white-grey setation; first visible abdominal ventrite with short, distinct oblique discal striae. Legs brown with short white-grey setae.
Male unknown.
Differential diagnosis. The genus contain two recently described species. The new species differs from them by the following characters¡

Name derivation. Patronymic, dedicated to collector of the new species Vít Kabourek (Zlín, Czech Republic) . 1
