Diagnosis. This species resembles S. saitoi Kawabe, 1989 in male genitalia, but it can be separated from the latter by the color of forewing. In S. agana the forewing ground color is tawny, suffused with pale ochreous, and the fasciae are dark fuscous. In S. saitoi the forewing ground color is grayish olive, shaded with green along the dorsal area, and the fasciae are dark green.
Material examined. China: 13, Mt. Tianmu (30°26' N, 119°34' E), Zhejiang Province, 350 m, 20-VIII- 1999, leg. Houhun Li.
Distribution. China (Hunan, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Zhejiang).
Remarks. Liu (1982) reported the species from Jiangxi, Hunan, and Sichuan provinces, China, and Liu & Li (2002) recorded its female.
