S tilobezzia douryi Clastrier, 1963: 42 (male, female, Algeria); Boorman & van Harten 2002: 454 (male, female, Yemen).

Diagnosis. Pale yellow body with yellow legs. Mesonotum and scutellum yellowish brown, without markings; wings without markings. Second radial cell 2.6 times longer than first one. Two functional seminal capsules present (one slightly larger than other) ( Clastrier 1963, Boorman & van Harten 2002).

Distribution. Algeria, Yemen.
