Additional material. Six females and 1 male ( UMMZ BMOC #81-0610-2) from Icterus galbula (Linnaeus) ( Passeriformes : Icteridae ), USA: Michigan, Washtenaw Co., 3 mi. W. Dexter, 10 June 1981, coll. B. M. OConnor, all material in UMMZ.
Host and distribution. Icterus galbula (Linnaeus) (Icteridae) [new host] from USA (Michigan) (present paper), Molothrus ater (Boddaert) ( Icteridae ) from USA (Texas) ( Skoracki et al. 2009b).
