Holotype. Male ( CUIC), Argentina, Santa Cruz, s. of Lago Buenos Aires.
Distribution. Argentina: Chubut Province (Arroyo Verde, Gobernador Costa 26 km S), Santa Cruz Province (S of Lago Buenos Aires, El Chonque, Gobernador Gregores 45 km NW). Chile: Región de Biobío: Biobío Province (no precise locality), Arauco Province (Contulmo); Región de La Araucania: Malleco Province (Marimenuco); Región de Los Ríos (no precise locality); Región de Los Lagos: Llanquihue Province (Maullín); Región de Aysén: General Carrera Province (Balmaceda, Chile Chico); Región de Magallanes y la Antártica Chilena: Última Esperanza Province (Cueva del Milodón, Laguna Amarga, Puerto Natales), Magallanes Province (Punta Arenas).
