Theromyzon affinis Bennike, 1940

General distribution and habitats. Known from type locality in Kermanshah, western part of Iran ( Nesemann & Neubert 1999). Living in mountainous streams and rivers in gravels or under stones.

Remarks. Reported by Bennike (1940) from western Iran.
