Biology. This species has been observed visiting Taraxacum officinale (L.) Weber ex F. H. Wigg., Chicorium intybus Linneus and Senecio sp. Vásquez & Simberloff (2003) also recoded this Nemestrinids feed on A. aurea and the exotic Rosa eglanteria Linnaeus. On the other hand, Devoto & Medan (2006) recorded to this Nemestrinid visiting Carduus sp. , Cerastium arvense L. and H. radicata . Finally, T. jaffueli also has been recorded on flower of Senecio patagonicus Phil. (D. Medan unpublished data).
