Remarks. First detailed records. Trifurcula orientella is one of the more widespread Trifurcula species in the Mediterranean region which recently also was found in Slovakia ( Tokár et al. 2002; van Nieukerken 2004b). In France we found only mines on Genista hispanica , but elsewhere it is found on G. germanica and at least one other Genista species (Laštůvka & Laštůvka 1997).
