Trisinostemma ambilobei Risbec, 1955b: 114 , figs 3a–c.
Current status. Inostemma ambilobei
Holotype 3, Madagascar, Ambilobé ( MNHN). Holotype by monotypy.
Labels. G.242/ Galle, fasciatum/ tige. Safangy./ Platygaster / ambilobei / Risbec [holotype 3].
Remarks. Although it appears from the description that more than one adult wasp emerged from the gall that was being reared from, only one specimen was recovered ‘ 1 mâle obtenu’ on which the description was based, hence a holotype by monotypy. The holotype is dry-mounted on a slide; the head is disarticulated but present, otherwise complete. This species was transferred to Inostemma by Masner and Huggert (1989).
