Tylosperma is a replacement for the illegitimate Lehmannia Tratt. ( Botschantzev, 1952) . Only a single species was included, which is the type: T. lignosum (Schltdl.) Botsch. (basionym Potentilla lignosa Schltdl. View in CoL ). Tylosperma belongs to the Anserina clade.
