Head slightly rounded, sculpture distinctly striate behind eyes, with postocular setae small and equal in length ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1 – 3 ); mouth-cone short. Antennal segment II with a middorsal seta below CPS and microtrichial rows on dorsal surface, segments III–VI with microtrichial rows on both dorsal and ventral surfaces; antennal segment VI the longest ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 4 – 8 ). Pronotum wider than long, weakly striate near posterior margin, with 3–4 pairs of posteromarginal setae, and 23–27 discal setae ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 1 – 3 ). Meta-episternum with two setae. Abdominal tergum I transversely reticulate, II–VIII with weakly sculpture lines; IX with two pairs of campaniform sensilla. Abdominal terga II–VII with setae S3–S5 arranged in straight transverse line, setae S4 very short on terga VI–VII, shorter than on II–V ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 4 – 8 ); terga IV–VI with median setae (S1) smaller than S2; tergal posteroangular setae (S3) mesad of the lateral margin, situated at posterior margin; tergum IX with two pairs of CPS; a pair of MD are thick and about half the median length of the tergum; tergum X with longitudinal split dorsally ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 4 – 8 ).
