Brief diagnosis. This species can be distinctly differentiated from all other Old World species including Indian species of Yelicones by the strongly constricted temple ( Fig. 10B ), very strong transverse hind wing vein 2-SC + R ( Fig. 10D ), and by the basally widened marginal cell which lacks a glabrous area ( Fig. 10D ).

Comments. This species can be easily identified using the original detailed description provided by Papp, 1991. The comparative characters with other closely allied species are provided in Table 1 .

Distribution. India and Vietnam.
