Th e lectotype bears the labels “ Canada / Ontario / Orilla / Bush. / 56-13”, “ Canada W. / 56-13 [and on the reverse:] Catocala / concumbens / Walker Type.” Type Locality: hereby restricted to Orillia, [Ontario,] Canada on the basis of the lectotype label.
