Material examined. Holotype, ♀, BOLIVIA, Santa Cruz, Santiago , XI.1959 ( SEMC). Distribution. Bolivia .

Remarks. This species was mistransferred to Anisepyris by Waichert & Azevedo. (2009), because it was misunderstood as belonging to the subgenus Trichotepyris , probably by lapsus. This species, however, fits perfectly with Chlorepyris Kieffer, 1905 where it was originally described, back when Chlorepyris was a subgenus of Rhabdepyris .
