Bagisarinae View in CoL View at ENA

The group of Bagisarinae genera sampled by Keegan et al. (2019) did not include the type genus, Bagisara Walker, 1858 , which we can now confirm to group with bagisarine genera from Keegan et al. as well as the genus Brevipecten Hampson, 1894 , absent in Keegan et al. (BS = 93, SH = 100, UF = 99; Fig. 3 View Fig ). We found two major groupings within Bagisarinae , with a depth of split on par with many of the subfamilies in our analysis, but more morphological study is needed to determine what (if any) distinct rank these two groupings should be given. Concana lecta Schaus, 1911 grouped as sister to Diopa Walker, 1858 , apart from the other two Concana Walker, 1858 (BS = 82, SH = 80.8, UF = 79). Additional data are needed to confirm the monophyly of Concana .
