Corythopis delalandi View in CoL

This flycatcher was tape-recorded twice at the Murici Ecological Station, on 22 March 1998 and 29 January 2000 ( Minns et al., 2010), and since then it has never been recorded again in the PCE.These records in Alagoas represent a considerable extension of the species’ range depicted in reference works ( Ridgely & Tudor, 2009; Fitzpatrick, 2020). The species is often common where it occurs, thus its current absence in the PCE may suggest that it is extinct in the region.
