Neobezzia View in CoL :

- Female (at least) with postoccipital foramen narrow and the ridge strongly developed and projecting posteriorly (projection only confidently seen in lateral view). Although this appears to be unique in the family, I discovered this late in this study and full comparisons were not made. It is at least unique in Echinoheleini + Heteromyiini

+ Hebetulini + Johannsenomyiini + Sphaeromiini + Palpomyiini + Stenoxenini for which glycerine material was available ( Table 2).
