Listronotus borrichiae O’Brien, 1981: 84 View in CoL (type locality: USA: Texas, San Patricio County Welder Wildlife Refuge Pollito Lake; type material: H: CWOB and P: 136 BMNH, CWOB, ELSC, ENPC, FSCA, TAMU, and USNM).
Host plants. Borrichia frutescens (L.) DC ( Asteraceae ) and Salvinia sp. (Salviniaceae) ( O’Brien, 1981).
Distribution. Mexico and southern and central Florida and southern Texas in the USA ( O’Brien, 1981; Anderson, 1992).
