Geographic Location: BC: Manning PP ( Behan-Pelletier 1990); Isaiah Creek study site ( Lindo & Stevenson 2007); AB: Kananaskis Country; Waterton Lakes NP ( Behan-Pelletier 1990).
Habitats: moss and bark of standing dead Douglas-fir; Leyzites fungus on spruce stump; under bark of spruce infested with Dendroctonus and Ips .
Distribution: Canada.
