Combination: Ramusella (Insculptoppia) manifera (Hammer, 1955) ; ( Marshall et al. 1987).

Geographic Location: AK: Fort Richardson, Anchorage ( Hammer 1955a); ON: Petawawa National Forestry Institute, Chalk River ( Bird & Chatarpaul 1986); NL: between Corner Brook and Little Grand Lake ( Dwyer et al. 1997, 1998).

Habitats: mixed conifer-hardwood forest; Balsam fir forests.

Distribution: Holarctic.
