Figs 3, 25, 98–106

Type. Male holotype from Senador Porfirio , Pará , Brazil [02°34’S, 51°56’W], 05.III.2001, unknown collector ( MPEG 4994 View Materials ). Paratype: one female from Almeirim, Pará, Brazil [01°02’S, 52°54’W], 03.IV.2005, T GoogleMaps . Gasnier & M. A. Ribeiro Júnior ( MPEG 6786 View Materials ) .

Etymology. The specific name is an adjective and refers to the dense tuft of long white bristles at the lateral area of the male chelicerae.

Diagnosis. The males of T. hirsutochela sp. nov. ( Fig. 99) resemble those of T. xingu sp. nov. in the acute apex of the median apophysis ( Fig. 141), but can be distinguished by the longer and acute tip of the median apophysis ( Figs 98, 99, 101) and by the longer and slender apex of the ental branch of RTA ( Fig. 100). The females resemble those of T. onca sp. nov. ( Fig. 107) in the projected middle field of epigynum ( Figs 103, 104), but can be distinguished by the coiled shape of the copulatory ducts (CD1 and CD2) ( Fig. 105) and by the triangular shape of the head of the spermathecae ( Figs 105, 106).
