Diagnosis. S
cape completely black and very broad, pedicel black, funicle segments 1, 2 and 6 black, 3–5 funicle yellow, clava black (the antenna is very characteristic and based on it, it is easy to recognize this species in comparison to other psyllid parasitoids). Wings transparent without infuscation. Pro- and meso- femur and pro- and meso- tibia yellowish white, metafemur and metatibia darkened on the base. The specimen matches the description published by
Trjapitzin (1978

.

Serbia

Here,

is recorded in association with

for the first time (
