A. franciscanus
by having the body with darkish green reflection and the metapectal-propodeal disc black; the head wider than long; the clypeus short; the antennal scrobe carinate, but weak; the pronotum distinctly wider than long, the transverse pronotal carina high; the notaulus wide; the metapectal-propodeal disc with the paraspiracular carina sinuous, and with spinose projection at the posterior corner; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to the first metapostnotal carina; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed; the paramere very long; and the aedeagus with the basal portion not angulate and the apical portion slender, whereas
A. similis
has the body black; the head as wide as long; the clypeus long; the antennal scrobe carina well-developed; the pronotum wider than long; the notaulus narrow; the metapectal-propodeal disc with the paraspiracular carina straight and with posterior corner unarmed; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea opened; the genitalia with the paramere long; and the aedeagus with the basal portion angulate.
