Diagnosis.
General color yellowish. Eyes, first antennal segment, and apex of second antennal segment black. Scutellum, clavus (except yellowish spot at middle), transverse stripe on apical half of corium and embolium, membrane on basal half, apex of cuneus, apices of hind and middle femora, and tibiae black. Length
