Martarega oriximinaensis
was described from
Pará State
(Figure 14B). This species is apparently more closely related to
M. hungerfordi
. This species shares with
M. oriximinaensis
the hind trochanter with a sharp concavity at its distal end (compare
Figures 6D,E and 7B
) and a median narrow stripe not bifurcated at apex of hemelytra (
Figure 6A,B
).
Martarega oriximinaensis
can be easily recognized by (1) the presence of one or two groups of short bristles near the lateral margin of the mesotrochanter (
Figure 6C
), (2) the distinct acute shape of right clasper, slightly larger than left, never longer than wide, and (3) the more rounded shape of left clasper (
Figure 6F,G
).
