(Tamatave, Madagascar ) Remarks.—The single species is small (body length about 16 mm , wingspan about 42 mm ), greenish, with an extended anterior postclypeus, a distinctive piceous foveate mesonotal spot anterior to anterior arms of cruciform elevation, apices of tibiae and tarsi red ( Distant 1912b ). The generic characters can also be used to distinguish the species. Distribution.—The species is known only from Madagascar ( Metcalf 1963b ). Jacobi (1917) reported the species from Tamatave, western Madagascar .
