Diagnosis.
Body colour metallic black, abdomen uniformly metallic black with no evident marks; posterior margin of eye straight; female with the crossed setae on frontal vitta closer to each other than to eye margin; antenna and arista dark, anterior katepisternal seta developed; notopleuron with ground setulae; male fore femur not modified; fore tarsomeres white ventrally, especially in male; wing entirely covered with microtrichia; male aedeagus with praegonite with 2 setae. Male terminalia as in Figs 116, 123, 127 and 131 and female ovipositor as in Figs 136 and 137 (all in
