It is distributed in the Pyrenees, Sierra de Béjar and Moncayo between 800 and
1800 m
of altitude (

At present, it has been scarcely collected between

with patches of subalpine scrub of
Juniperus communis nana

According our current data,
B. rupestris
is rare and shows an orophilous tendency (
