FIGURES 1–7. 1–3, 5, Eucharis ( Eucharisca ) bytinskisalzi : 1, ♀ antenna; 2, ♂ antenna (allotype); 3 face of ♀ (holotype). 4, E. ( Psilogastrellus ) punctatus (habitus). 6 and 7, E. ( P. ) cuprea : 6, habitus (lectotype); 7, dorsal aspect (lectotype). Distribution. Israel (Bouček 1956), Egypt (new record). Hosts. Collected very close to the nest of Cataglyphis bicolor (Fabricius) ( Formicidae : Formicinae ) around the roots of the field binweed, Convolvulus arvensis L. ( Convolvulaceae ). We suspect this to be the host because Eucharis ( Eucharisca ) bedeli Cameron was reared from C. bicolor (Bedel 1895) .
