Sternum longer than wide, maximum width at sternite 6 or 7; sternite 3 moderately broad, twice wider than long, width about half that of sternite 4; anterior margin of sternite 4 widely triangular. Abdomen unarmed; telson composed of 8 plates. Eyes small, fused to rostrum, without eye-spines; granulate overgrowths covering proximo-mesial part of cornea dorsally and ventrally; cornea globular. Mxp 3 merus with granules on flexor margin.
