Distribution. Central and East Europe.
Material examined. Zakarpatska Prov.: 1 f. ( ZIN) Marmarosh , Cholovaçiu Mt. Range , Nenyaska Mt., Picea europea forest, upper course of Schaul River, 1650 m, sweeping, N. Yunakov leg., 11.vii.2000 ; 3 f. ( ZIN) Marmarosh, N slope Cholovaçiu Mt. Range , 5–7 km S of Bohdan, middle course of Schaul River, 1400 m, sweeping, Yunakovleg., 14.vii.2000 .
Biology. Deciduous forests. Parthenogenetic; Adults occur in V–VII. On Ranunculus repens , Anemone ranunculoides , A. nemorosa (Ranunculaceae) .
Note. Erroneously recorded to Crimea ( Dieckmann 1983)
