Paratype: 1 ♂. ECUADOR: Napo, Lago Agrio (48 km W) in Rio Aguarico , 20/IX/1975. Col. Cohen y Cantor; Ecuador-Peace Corps- Smithsonian Institution Aquatic Insect Survey

Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved.

Paratypes: 3 ♂. ECUADOR: Napo, Lago Agrio (18 km E) at Rio Aguarico , 28/VIII/1 975. Col. Andrea Langley y Jeffrey Cohen; collected at blacklight at gravel bar. Ecuador-Peace Corps- Smithsonian Institution Aquatic Insect Survey.

Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved.
