Pachyprotasis albicoxis: Malaise, 1931a ; Naito 1982: 557, 580; Naito 2004: 1 –87; Taeger, 2013; Taeger et al. 2010: 567.

Distribution. China (Jilin) ( Fig. 125 ); Japan.

Material examined. Jilin: 1 ♀, Mt. Changbaishan (42°03′N, 127°47′E, alt. 1100 m), 0 2.07.1999, Meicai Wei, Haiyan Nie leg.

Discussion. This species is similar to P. nitididorsata and P. chenghanhuai , and may be distinguished as follows ( P. nitididorsata and P. chenghanhuai in parentheses): hind coxa completely white (hind coxa ventrally with black stripe); hind trochanter completely black (hind trochanter completely white); clypeus and supraclypeal area dark brown (clypeus and supraclypeal area completely white); median mesoscutal lobe and terga completely black (median mesoscutal lobe and terga with white spots). Reliable morphological differences between these three species were not found.
