Terra typica: Indian Ocean ( Mayotte Islands, Africa)

Indian Ocean:

• 12°53′5′′S, 44°16′3′′E; 275–400 m bsl: [FAO51] Type Locality: Mayotte Islands, Mayotte Region, Mozambique Channel, muddy sand. Renaud-Mornant (1983)
