Genus Petersenaspis Sendall & Salazar-Vallejo, 2013

Diagnosis (after Fiege 2019). Sternaspids with introvert hooks subdistally expanded. Preshield region with eight segments. Ventrocaudal shield stiff with poorly developed ribs and no concentric lines.
