Specimen measured. SP (1).

Dorsal shield of female mostly smooth, slightly striate at anterolaral margins and posteromedian area, 275 long and 141 wide. Setal lengths: j1 18, j3 27, j4 11, j5 13, j6 14, J2 14, J5 7, z2 33, z4 24, z5 7, Z1 18, Z4 48, Z5 58, s4 36, S2 42, S4 19, S5 19, r3 30 and R1 19. Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 50, st2–st2 55, st5– st5 54. Ventrianal shield 101 long, 69 wide at level of Zv2 and 60 wide at anus level. Spermathecal calyx saccular, with a strong constriction next to atrium, 15 long; atrium bifurcate. Fixed cheliceral digit 23 long, with three teeth; movable digit 28 long, with one tooth. Macrosetae only on leg IV, sharp-tipped; SgeIV 25, StiIV 12 and StIV 32 .

Distribution in Brazil. Bahia ( Moraes et al., 1993), Distrito Federal ( Duarte et al., 2021) and São Paulo ( Bellini et al., 2008; Daud et al., 2010).

Distribution elsewhere. Paraguay.

Remark. The measurements of the specimens examined are similar to those of the original description.
