Holotype. Thailand. Kra Buri: 1♂ 1/I/1962 G. Imadaté leg., on slide ( NHMD 213957 ).
Current status: Valid name.
Original combination: Berberentulus oginoi . Transferred to Baculentulus by Tuxen (1977b).
Additional notes: Holotype on the slide labeled as male, but in the publication of the original description stated to be female.
