Related to Hierodula , these are green, somewhat slender mantids with generalist habits that cling on the underside of leaves. Only found in forested areas. Males are often attracted to light. Includes seven, poorly defined species occurring in the Sunda Archipelago, all in need of revision. Arboricolous, restricted to forests.
