Metacolpodes olivius Bates, 1873

Bates described this species from specimens originating in Hong Kong. Also listed as occurring in Hong Kong by Bates (1892) and Bousquet (2003e). The specimen was determined from Jedlièka (1940) ’s key to Taiwanese species. Material: 1 ex. W.T.L., 19.iii.08 (probably this species). Biology: Imago found March. Can be attracted to light, it is fully winged and capable of flight.
