♂. Head ( Figs 110, 111 View FIGURES 110 – 114 ) 1.8–1.9 times as wide as long; vertex in dorsal view evenly rounded; occiput, vertex and gena weakly and finely punctate; interocellar area impunctate and polished; geno-orbital index 2.1–2.3; frons impunctate and finely coriaceous, without a median longitudinal groove; face 1.4–1.5 times as wide as long, sparsely punctate; clypeus 1.9–2.2 times as wide as long, rather more sparsely punctate than face, with apical margin truncate and slightly concave medially; antenna with 49–57 flagellomeres, 1st flagellomere 1.4–1.5 times as long as 2nd, 2nd 2.5–2.6 times as long as wide.

Mesosoma ( Fig. 112 View FIGURES 110 – 114 ): mesoscutum 1.2–1.3 times as long as wide; scutellum 1.2–1.3 times as long as distance between lateral carinae at its base, lateral carina fading out before basal 1/3 of scutellum; propodeum trans-striate on basal 0.7, with lateral crest absent and represented by rounded prominence.

Fore tibial spur 0.4 times as long as 1st tarsomere, which is 10.2–10.8 times as long as wide; fore tarsal claw with 23–30 pectines; hind tarsal claw with 16–20 pectines.

Fore wing ( Fig. 113 View FIGURES 110 – 114 ) 2.7–3.0 times as long as wide, with areolet petiolate above; cu-a distad Rs&M by 1/12–1/ 5 of cu-a length, weakly curved and weakly reclivous; hind wing ( Fig. 114 View FIGURES 110 – 114 ) with 7–10 distal hamuli; nervellar index 0.4–0.5.

Metasoma with 1st tergum 2.3–2.9 times as long as apical width and 1.5–1.6 times as long as 2nd; subgenital plate ( Fig. 118 View FIGURES 115 – 120 ) short with apical margin weakly convex; paramere ( Fig. 119 View FIGURES 115 – 120 ) with subapical portion of dorsal margin slightly emarginate; digitus rounded off on dorso-apical corner, the ventro-apical corner with teeth; membrane of median surface with long and weakly curved strip of minutely papillate cuticle; pad situated at apical 1/4 of paramere in middle; subapical sclerotized plate produced anteriorly to form an overhang; penis valve ( Fig. 120 View FIGURES 115 – 120 ) slightly tapered toward apex and almost straight; basal apodeme of aedeagus strongly curved dorsally.

Head yellow; occiput brownish-yellow; antenna reddish-brown. Mesosoma yellow; mesoscutum with light brown stripes on each of median and lateral lobes; scutellum, postscutellum and propodeum light brown; mesosternum and markings on mesopleuron brownish-yellow. Legs brownish-yellow; hind tarsus whitish-yellow. Wings hyaline; vein C and pterostigma of fore wing brownish-yellow, other veins blackish-brown. Metasoma light brown.
