It can be distinguished by the male genital characters: uncus slender, with acute apex; cucullus narrower; aedeagus longer, nearly straight.

Antenna dark brown basal joint; flagellum dark brown in basal 2/5, then shiny, orange white, shortly ciliated. Labial palpus missing. Thorax: Collar dark brown. Tegula and thorax dark brown. Forewing color markings and other morphological characters similar to those of the preceding new species. Hind tibia with yellowish orange rough scales before median spur, then clothed with blackish scales dorsally; apex with yellowish orange rough scales; tarsi dark brown with light orange band apically on each segment. Abdomen: Blackish, with dark orange bands posteriorly on segments I −IV; tergites II −VII with spinous zones.

Male genitalia ( Figs. 33, 33 View FIGURES 31 − 33 a −b) with uncus elongate, sclerotized, not dilated distally, bent downward, sparsely setose, acute apically. Gnathos absent. Tegumen weakly sclerotized, with broad distal margin. Valva elongate, longer than length of tegumen+vinculum; costa concave in 1/3 length, then slightly convex; ventral margin concave in 1/3 length; cucullus elongate, slightly convex on costa medially and in 1/3 length of ventral margin, with strong bristles near ventral margin and outer margin; sacculus broadly developed. Juxta long, weakly sclerotized, deeply emarginated in V-shape. Aedeagus broad at base, nearly straight, narrower towards apex, rounded apically; cornuti with a sheaf of bristles, less than 1/4 length of aedeagus.
