Distribution. China (Ningxia), Mongolia. New record for China.

Notes. The female genitalia are similar to those of S. pseudolutea , but slightly differ in the longer, basally narrower and distinctly serrated signum, the sub-oval rather than rounded corpus bursae. It differs externally in the broader and light brown rather than narrower and grey forewing.
