Diagnosis. Dorsal surface of head with two deep oval pits, not connected by a groove; genal projections indistinct; male fore tarsi distinctly expanded; pronotum slightly widening towards one-third of its basal length; antennomeres IX and X large, subquadrate and of equal size, as wide as terminal one; terminal antennomere at least 1.5 times longer than wide; body covered with long, dense hairs; prosternal process somewhat angulate at apex.

Larvae and larval and adult habitat. Unknown. The adult specimens with capture data were found in interception and/or light traps (Ślipiński & Tomaszewska 2010).
